Accountabilities
As a Bot Configurator, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, coding, customizing, configuring, testing, deploying, and providing end-to-end support for automation-based solutions or Bots (Robots). You will build Robots using Automation Anywhere and other Microsoft Technologies such as .Net and client scripting languages. Your responsibilities will include handling automation support issues, gathering business requirements, and developing automation solutions. You will also perform unit/functional testing, support UAT, conduct compatibility testing, and provide Hypercare training and knowledge transfer. Additionally, you will implement best practices, identify bottlenecks/bugs, and motivate the team to meet tight deadlines while working collaboratively.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Technical Degree
- Overall 3-5 years of IT Experience (Preferably .NET)
- Hands-on working experience in Automation Anywhere and Certified in the same.
- Create Technical specifications, Test plans and support documentations
- Sound knowledge on ITIL principles, Incident/Organizational change and AZ Access provisioning
- Strong Interpersonal, Technical writing, communication and presentation skills with Senior Partners
- Passionate to know the latest trends or developments in automation and adapt to the same
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of any one Technology Stack such as .Net/C#/ASP.net or Java/J2EE or Python
- Basic knowledge on Macros (VBA), vb script, java script
- Familiarity in SDLC methodologies (Classic, Agile methodologies etc), UI Path and Blue Prism (Or any other RPA tools)
- ITIL Certified or Trained
- Application knowledge related to Service Now, Jira
- Responsible for completing the Application Life Cycle plans for individual applications
- Has primary responsibility for maintaining and updating all documentation associated with Robotic Solution Delivery
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently
- Stays abreast of the development in area of professional competence
- AGILE / Scrum Certified
